Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain the Material Enablement Report by ensuring it is updated and reviewed weekly or as necessary.
Manage BOM extraction using the SAP Extractor Macro to consolidate multiple top-level BOMs into a single, organized report, filtering only for purchased parts to maintain accurate material visibility.
Analyze inventory data by downloading the latest inventory from SAP (ZMM_INV01) and COOIS reports. Assess parts issuance status and material availability, identifying potential shortages that may impact production timelines.
Develop proactive strategies to mitigate material shortages by collaborating with Buyers, Planning, and Operations through regular shortage reviews based on identified High, Medium, and Low risk parts.
Apply expertise in material enablement processes to maintain alignment between inventory levels and production demands, ensuring that material data supports operational requirements and reduces the risk of line disruptions.
Continuously review and refine the Material Enablement process by improving report accuracy, inventory visibility, and shortage management strategies, ultimately supporting smoother production flows and enhanced supply chain performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent experience in material planning or enablement will be considered.
Strong ability to build alignment and drive consensus across cross-functional teams (Planning, Operations, SCM, Program Management) to achieve shared business objectives.

Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and life-long learning, with the ability to translate new knowledge into process enhancements and best practices.

Strong capability to identify, manage, and resolve conflicts across multiple roles and teams while maintaining productive working relationships.
In-depth knowledge of inventory management principles and material enablement practices, including MRP, SAP, and Just-In-Time (JIT) methodologies.
Advanced analytical skills with a proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, assess risks, and develop actionable insights and execution plans.
Experience leading material enablement initiatives, including process optimization, system data integrity, and cross-functional readiness for production and operational changes.
Proven experience in developing and delivering clear, concise communications and presentations to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to respond effectively to inquiries from Operations, Planning, and other key stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate with leadership, including interactions up to two levels above, with confidence and professionalism.
Ability to define problems, gather and validate data, establish facts, and draw sound conclusions to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Consistent track record of achievement in material planning, inventory management, or a related supply chain function.
Experience in people leadership, including team lead and/or supervisory responsibilities, with the ability to coach, develop, and enable team members for high performance.
