About The Job

Our Emerging Leaders Program is designed to provide outstanding engineering graduates with the opportunity to take on concrete responsibilities from day one. You will be entrusted with significant projects within our Product Supply division, allowing you to make a tangible impact on our organizations success. Throughout the 6-month program, you will receive mentorship and guidance from seasoned technical and business leaders, have exposure to cross-functional teams, and engage in various developmental activities to enhance your professional competencies.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Engineering fresh graduates, or those with 1-2 years of working experience
  • Demonstrated academic excellence and exceptional performance in extracurricular activities.
  • Has demonstrated strong leadership experience and potential, for example, has held key leadership roles in extracurricular activities, volunteer work or other meaningful undertakings.
  • Demonstrate your ability to work effectively in teams and your contributions to achieving team success.
  • Is a self-starter and has a bias for actions and results.
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to thrive in a team-oriented setting.
  • Commitment to the full 6-month duration of the program.
