Assistant Manager Sales Force Effectiveness

Management responsibilities 

• Coordinate sales force sizing, structure and territory alignment with the sales leads.
• Sales Incentive Plan implementation, communication & tracking
• Collaborate with CFT to align on field execution priorities.
• Conduct regular sales force performance reviews and insights sharing
• Support capability building initiatives.
• Lead S&T Process and Call Process planning & execution

Systems & Data Analytics 

• CRM Data Governance: configuration, maintenance, access & user support
• Employee deployment/movement processing & reporting
• MCCP Process Governance
• Incentive calculation & reporting
• Per diem calculation
• Sales Force KPI Performance Reporting (local dashboard creation)
• Support with data and insights for sales force Sizing & Structuring
• S&T survey set up in Veeva and results processing

Sales & Business Intelligence

• Ethical & Trade Sales Processing
• Trade/KAM Report Processing
• IQVIA Data Processing/Reporting
• Target-setting for Trade Team
