Vehicle Logistics Professional

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Vehicle Logistics Professional to join our Vehicle Logistics Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.

The Vehicle Logistics Professional is a member of the Safety and Quality Development Section that is responsible for auditing suppliers, supporting quality and safety standards.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in planning and process improvement.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Audit supplier compliance with safety, quality, health, and environmental standards.
• Identify and implement Kaizen and process improvement initiatives for Vehicle Logistics Operation.
• Coordinate with Toyota and logistics partners to monitor project progress and report to Management and Regional Office.
• Develop and monitor quality control procedures from production to customer delivery.
• Conduct route audits, risk assessments, and root cause analysis.
• Prepare feasibility studies and present recommendations.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress and performance reports.
  
  
  

• You have a bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• You can actively identify new areas for learning; regularly create and take advantage of learning opportunities; use newly-gained knowledge and skill on the job and learn through their application.

• Proficient in M365 applications.
• Excellent verbal, written English communication skills.
• Knowledge in SAP or other ERP system is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in ISO standards is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
