Execute and monitor training activities that enhance the skills of both instructors & trainees in compliance with MMPC rules and standards.
Assist in managing the department’s foreign and local training requirements.
Assist in managing and monitoring the upkeep and proper maintenance & improvement of Training Center facilities & equipment.
Assist in managing and monitoring proper inventory and distribution of service manuals, publications, and diagnostic tools
Execute and monitor the development of the revalidation program and a monitoring tool to improve future training programs.
Monitors the development of all Dealer in-house Trainer and Training activities to include maintenance of its facilities & equipment.
Execute and monitor training activities, which enhance the skills of both instructors & trainees in compliance with MMPC rules.
Execute training program developments aimed at increasing the competency level of dealer Sales and After-sales personnel.
Qualifications
Graduate of Engineering or any related course
5 years experience in Classroom, Work Shop, and On-line Training
Preferably with automotive industry background and experience in Sales is a plus
With excellent presentation skills, knowledge in creative design is a plus.
With exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
