Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the organization’s high‑volume hiring needs, which may arise from increased production demand, seasonal hiring cycles, ramp‑up initiatives, or special operational expansions. This project-based role plays a key part in executing sourcing activities, coordinating pre‑onboarding requirements, organizing 201 files, and assisting with recruitment events such as job fairs and hiring caravans.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Onboarding Coordination

  • Assist candidates in completing pre-employment requirements (medical, documents, background checks).
  • Ensure all pre-onboarding files are complete, accurate, and properly endorsed to HR Operations.
  • Provide reminders, follow-ups, and status updates to candidates to ensure readiness for Day 1.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Training, IT, HR Ops and others) for onboarding logistics.


Support for Direct Labor (DL) and Indirect Labor (IDL) Hiring

  • Assist recruiters in screening and endorsing candidates for DL/IDL roles.
  • Facilitate initial interviews, assessments, and candidate scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate records of applicants, interview results, and daily hiring reports.
  • Perform basic sourcing activities for high-volume hiring requirements.


Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Support

  • Source applicants through job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, and walk-in channels.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and refer qualified candidates to the TA Recruiter.
  • Build and maintain a database of active DL/IDL applicants.
  • Support weekly sourcing activities and target recruitment drives.


Job Fair & Recruitment Event Support

  • Participate in internal and external job fairs as a company representative.
  • Assist in booth setup, candidate registration, initial screening, and endorsing applicants.
  • Coordinate with LGUs, schools, PESO offices, and external partners as needed.


Candidate Experience & Communication

  • Provide timely updates to candidates regarding application status, requirements, and next steps.
  • Ensure professional, courteous, and consistent communication across all touchpoints.
  • Support a smooth and positive recruitment journey, especially for high-volume candidates.


Administrative, 201 File Management & Reporting Support

  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and event attendance logs.
  • Ensure proper filing of documents and data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), if applicable.
  • Create, compile, and organize 201 files for newly hired employees, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Conduct periodic 201 file audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support TA metrics reports as needed.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (open to undergraduates for DL-focused roles).
  • With at least 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR support is an advantage
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Strong customer-service mindset and attention to detail.
