Here’s the difference you’ll make

You’ll be the key controller ensuring accurate and timely processing of daily picking, confirmation, and delivery transactions. By closely coordinating with warehouse, transport, customer service, and IT teams, you’ll help keep order flows smooth, system data accurate , and deliveries on track—supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do (your mission)

Order Processing & System Control

  • Monitor and control daily transactions related to order picking and confirmation.
  • Extract delivery schedule data from SAP and upload transactions to INFOR.
  • Process all orders for picking and invoicing within the day to support next-day delivery.
  • Validate stock expiry requirements before order picking and confirmation.

Coordination & Operational Support

  • Provide clear instructions to the Warehouse Team on priority delivery orders.
  • Closely coordinate with Customer Service, Transport, and Warehouse teams on orders with special handling instructions.
  • Check the status of picking activities and stock replenishment with the Warehouse Team.
  • Coordinate with the Inventory Management Team on physical and system stock updates that may affect order processing.

Issue Resolution & System Support

  • Respond to system- and order-related inquiries from various departments.
  • Coordinate with IT regarding system issues and operational disruptions.
  • Work closely with the Transport Team on delivery instructions, delivery dates, and dispatch cut-off times for different areas.

Reporting & Continuous Support

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly KPI reports.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.

You’ll thrive in this role if you

  • Are a graduate of any 4-year business-related course.
  • Have at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Have knowledge of Good Warehouse Practices and warehouse operations.
  • Are comfortable using system applications (ERP or similar platforms).
  • Possess strong communication , coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate good business understanding and records management skills.
  • Can work accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
