About The Role

Store Leader will be assigned at Waltermart Santa Cruz.

Key responsibilities

Customer service management

Accountable for category sales achievement

Ensure 100% customer service level

Ensure WalterMart standards are implemented

Safety and sanitation of the category

Ensure implementation of first to expire, first out (FEFO)

Bad order management

Timely and accurate execution of all promotion

Ensure shelf tags are updated

Ensure 100% inventory accuracy of category assignment

About You

Bachelor's degree with business emphasis, Sales / Marketing / Administration

At least 6 months - 1 years relevant work experience in store management and operations from retail and food establishments

People management skills

Result oriented

Customer focus

Organized
