About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and professional

Server

to join the Vikings Group of Companies at our NIU, Nuvali location in Santa Rosa City, Laguna.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival with a warm, professional manner

Presenting menus and providing knowledgeable recommendations regarding food and beverage offerings

Taking accurate food and drink orders whilst ensuring all guest preferences and dietary requirements are noted

Communicating orders clearly to kitchen and bar staff to ensure accuracy and timely preparation

Serving food and beverages in a professional manner, adhering to correct serving protocols and techniques

Monitoring tables throughout the meal service to ensure guest satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns

Processing payments and handling cash and card transactions with accuracy

Maintaining a clean and organized service station and dining area

Supporting colleagues during busy service periods to ensure seamless operations

Following all health, safety and hygiene standards consistently

Building positive relationships with regular guests to encourage repeat business

Assisting with table setup and breakdown as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience working as a Server or in a similar front-of-house hospitality role, ideally in a busy restaurant or dining establishment

Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members

Professional appearance and demeanor with a positive and courteous attitude

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst managing multiple tables

Basic knowledge of food and beverage offerings and menu familiarity

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry items safely

Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic

Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required

Basic mathematical skills for processing orders and payments accurately

Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is advantageous

Certification in Food Handling or Responsible Service of Alcohol is preferred
