Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: Conducts Product Knowledge, Technical, Process and Soft-Skills training for Dealer Sales Executives Administers Dealer Sales Executive examinations and assessments Conducts dealer competitor review and analysis for up-to-date info on newest features and technology. Determines training needs by developing new approaches and techniques in line to the sales process Assists in Sales Satisfaction Index Improvement and DOS related tasks. Performs accreditation monitoring, technical and non-technical Sales training activities for Sales Executives. QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of any business course or equivalent course. At least 2 years experience in Training Preferably with knowledge in training design: Canva, Powtoons With prior experience or internship in sales or automotive industry. Experience in Sales is a plus. With excellent presentation skills, knowledge in creative design is a plus. Strong written, verbal, and must know how to drive.
