Mission

• Understand and Analyze Processes: Gain a deep understanding of current intercompany processes to identify areas for improvement and potential automation on both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) sides.
• Drive Process Improvements: Implement enhancements to streamline and optimize intercompany transactions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate Globally: Work closely with your team members, other teams and regional centres of excellence (RCoE) to develop and implement the best possible solutions using One way of managing concept and by identifying relevant stakeholders.
• Enable Automation: Identify opportunities for intelligent automation within intercompany processes to increase productivity and reduce manual efforts.
• Continuous improvement culture: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by ensuring compliance, adhering to deadlines and rules, and leveraging data to visualize performance and drive ongoing enhancements.
  
  

Responsibilities And Objectives

• Develop and implement global intercompany processes, focusing on both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive intercompany process documentation to ensure processes are correctly established and clearly understood across the entire organization.
• Monitor and analyze intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Be in charge of the finance intercompany process in your region.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders: business controllers, supply chain, treasury, RCoEs and others.
• Lead and manage project initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Prepare and present regular reports on intercompany activities and project progress by using relevant data.
• Provide training and support to the finance teams on intercompany processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with the back-office team for an efficient handover and continued cooperation ensuring the process runs smoothly.
  
  

Experience Requirements

• Experience from accounts payable and/or accounts receivable intercompany process
• Experience from multinational companies
• Change Management: experience with regional and/or global projects from inception to completion
  
  

Knowledge

• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• F&A process understanding & accounting knowledge
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., OCR, RPA, Microsoft Office)
