Information System Support Staff (BGC Based)

Responsibilities

• Extract and tabulate data using the YANA system.
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports and charts.
• Handle YANA DMS functional concerns of dealers.
• Support the audit of Power BI dashboard data and visualizations.
  
  

• Graduate of Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of DMS administration, data visualization, or data analysis experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Preferably with a driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  
  

• Perform regular audits of financial and accounting processes to ensure compliance with JSOX, ISO, internal policies, and government regulations.
• Lead audit engagements to ensure they follow standards and meet objectives.
• Coordinate audit findings with superiors for timely resolution.
  
  

• Graduate of Accountancy, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Knowledgeable in accounting systems.
• CPA preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
  
  

• Review company policies and procedures to standardize processes and ensure compliance with JSOX, IMS, and legal requirements.
• Assist departments in designing policies and procedures with proper controls.
• Coordinate the annual review of the Risk Control Matrix (RCM).
• Support the review and consolidation of Information Asset Management processes
  
  

• Graduate of Business or Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in policy-making or systems analysis.
• Strong communication skills.
