Role Summary:
The Senior Finance Analyst is responsible for conducting financial analysis and forecasting, evaluating financial statements, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance overall financial performance. This position will report to FP&A Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the Finance focal person for all CAPEX‑related matters, including regular reporting and monitoring.
  • Supports the Annual AOP preparation, quarterly forecasts, and monthly actual transaction reviews.
  • Conducts AR reviews and implements necessary changes, coordinating closely with process owners.
  • Prepares and releases the weekly CAPEX Status Report.
  • Ensures accuracy of DL and IDL headcount figures through regular reconciliation of movements and transactions with HR.
  • Acts as the Finance Approver for PRs related or chargeable to CAPEX AR.
  • Prepares and analyzes Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly Bridge reports for Non‑Manufacturing Cost Centers.
  • Provides the Monthly MRO Report showing variances between target budget and actual spending.
  • Prepares the monthly Blackline reconciliation for non‑key accounts.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting graduate.
  • Minimum of 5 years related Finance related experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Willing to work on-site in Rosario, Cavite
