Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Maintenance Engineer to join our Production 1 Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.
The Maintenance Engineer is a member of the Welding Press and Chassis Engineering & Maintenance Team, which is responsible for technical and project management execution, process and maintenance engineering support, and the design of tools and jigs in both 3D and 2D.
In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in Process Engineering Skills, Safety Engineering Knowledge, and Quality Control & Inspection
Your role and responsibilities:
Establish and Improve Maintenance Standard Documents and Checksheets
Establish Preventive Maintenance Activity
Basic trouble shooting
Establish Parts Replacement Schedule
Problem feedback analysis and countermeasure
Improvement of Machine Performance
Local & International Supplier Coordination

Experienced working as Maintenance Engineer in Manufacturing Company
Experienced in Project Planning and Implementation

You have achieved a satisfactory level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas and are keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise
You are capable of clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message
You can make customers and their needs a primary focus of ones actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships
You can actively identify new areas for learning; regularly create and take advantage of learning opportunities; use newly-gained knowledge and skill on the job and learn through their application

Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis
PLC & Programming Software (OMRON, Toyopuc, etc.)
