Talent Acquisition Project Staff

As a Talent Acquisition Project Staff, you are responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent to meet the organization's workforce needs. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing effective recruiting strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Sourcing Talents - Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates.

Screening and Interviewing - Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews, ensuring alignment with the needs of the hiring team.

Candidate Experience - Manage the candidate journey, providing timely communication and feedback, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.

Employer Branding - Promote the organization's culture and values to attract candidates and enhance the company’s reputation in the job market.

Data Management - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), generating reports as needed for HR management.

Market Research - Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent market dynamics to inform recruitment strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Open for fresh graduates
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
