Job Description

Co-develop extensive program that will serve as LP&D database for Monde Nissin. This will cover policies, work instructions and processes.
Create an effective system to execute and maximize virtual platform.
Design and create materials needed for LP&D.
Create a system to facilitate smooth online orientation and deployment to the departments.
Interface with concerned parties on the progress and development of the project.
Prepare end project report to evaluate outcome of the project

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of Psychology or any related course
Proficient in MS Office Applications and other productivity tools; Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop/Canva/other editing tools is preferable.
Creative and innovative thinker
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Presentation skills
