SMC Integrated Farm Specialist Inc. is a subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation established in 2018.
SMC-IFSI is engaged in the management, operation, and maintenance of farms, hatcheries, slaughterhouses, fishpond, storage and various facilities and equipment for breeding, hatching, raising, growing, production, slaughter and / or processing of poultry. Fowls, hogs, livestock and other kinds of animals and foodstuffs and other activities allied or incidental thereto such as but not limited to animal feeds, nutrition, and healthcare.

About The Role
An SAP Analyst is responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP modules in a food industry. These responsibilities span requirements gathering, system configuration, documentation, data migration, performance monitoring, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Qualifications
Job description and minimum qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course
SAP experience (At least 2 SAP Modules such as Forecast-To-Stock Production Planning, Procure-To-Pay and Order-To-Cash)
Willing to work extended hours, as needed
Willing for a Night Shift or Day Shift
Fast learner, able to work under pressure

Stock Overview
Monitors incoming and outgoing stocks
Displays stock in transit (Inbound and Outbound)
Performs Plant -To-Plant transfer
Stock transfer order creation
Shipment Creation
Picking
Post Goods Issue
Monitors Stock Movement.
Material Document List
Stock overview
Sales Order, Delivery and Shipment Processing
Delivery Order creation
Billing creation
Analyzes and generate SAP reports periodically or as needed.
Demonstrates a high concern for the health and safety of self and others.
Demonstrates commitment to Company Rules and Regulations.
