To support that growth, we’re looking for a Meta Ads Launch Assistant who can launch ads quickly, accurately, and consistently across our accounts.

You’ll work closely with our Media Buying team.

What youll actually do:

• Launch Meta ads daily from Monday through Saturday.
• Push ads live within 24 hours of being added to the “Ready to Launch” board.
• Use AdManage and our existing templates to launch campaigns efficiently.
• Check every URL, Facebook page, ad copy, campaign name, and setting before launch.
• Follow structured campaign naming conventions.
• Update launch status and task progress in ClickUp.
• Flag missing information or blockers immediately.
• Maintain consistent accuracy across a high volume of launches.

Who were NOT looking for:

• Less than one year of Meta ad-launching experience.
• Poor English communication.
• Frequent launch errors.
• Unable to meet the 24-hour deadline or work Monday-Saturday.

Who we ARE looking for:

• 1–2 years of Meta ad-launching experience.
• Experience with AdManage or similar tools.
• Fluent English and strong attention to detail.
• Reliable Monday - Saturday availability with full ownership of launches.
