Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage day to day operations

Completes all managerial reports

Develop effective team strategies

Provide necessary training to team members

Communicate clear instructions

Monitor team performance and participation

Create progress reports for management

Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time by Manager and/or Director

Skill And Qualifications

Open to college undergraduates

At least 3 years solid experience;

1 year supervisory experience

Proficient in all Microsoft applications

Ability to multi-task and prioritize managerial workload

Must be highly accurate, detail-oriented, and able to complete work rapidly

Proven ability to identify problems and recommend solutions

Ability to work independently

Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced, multi-company environment with numerous deadlines
