Oversee daily operations of the document management team

Assign tasks and monitor workload distribution

Motivate and guide team members to meet performance goals

Process Management

Ensure accurate indexing, storage, and retrieval of documents

Monitor compliance with document management policies and procedures

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors

Provide feedback and corrective action when errors are identified

Training & Development

Oversee Training of new hires on document management systems and protocols

Mentor team members to build skills and career growth

Performance Monitoring

Track SLA Performance such as turnaround time, accuracy rate, and productivity

Prepare performance reports for management review

Address underperformance through coaching and improvement plans

Client & Stakeholder Communication

Act as the point of contact for client queries related to document management

Provide updates on project status, issues, and resolutions

Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Mid Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends off Project/Team Location: San Nicolas Valdez Center Bldg. A

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Standard Team Lead profile; no domain

At least 3 years solid experience; 1-year supervisory experience
