What Youll Do

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive selling of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, genuine parts, accessories, and riding gear.
• Welcome and engage customers in the showroom, events, roadshows, and community activities.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing riders, understanding their lifestyle, riding preferences, and ownership goals.
• Conduct professional motorcycle presentations, showroom tours, and test rides while explaining vehicle features, technology, performance, and customization options.
• Educate customers on financing solutions, insurance products, warranty programs, and ownership benefits.
• Negotiate sales agreements while ensuring a premium customer experience throughout the purchasing journey.
• Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, social media engagement, and participation in motorcycle events and riding communities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline updates using CRM tools.
• Ensure motorcycles and showroom displays are presented in accordance with Harley-Davidson brand standards.
• Coordinate with Finance, Service, and Parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Manage the full sales process, from reservation and documentation to motorcycle release and customer handover.
• Conduct motorcycle delivery orientation, ensuring customers understand motorcycle operation, safety features, maintenance schedules, and brand membership programs.
• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases, upgrades, referrals, and participation in Harley-Davidson events.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be:

• A college graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experienced in sales, customer service, automotive, motorcycle, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands. Fresh graduates with strong sales potential are encouraged to apply.
• Passionate about motorcycles, riding culture, and the Harley-Davidson brand.
• Skilled in consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship building.
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
• Highly self-motivated, customer-focused, and professional.
• Comfortable engaging with diverse customers and participating in events and community activities.
• Knowledgeable in financing, insurance, and sales processes is an advantage.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and during dealership events when required.
