We&rsquo;re like a startup but with adult supervision.</p><p dir="ltr">You will be supported by capable management of HR, Finance and IT that adheres to the highest standards of integrity and good governance.</p><p dir="ltr">Hybrid is our mode of work, but when we need to come together, we have inviting open floor office spaces designed to spark gatherings, collaboration, and camaraderie.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Stratpoint employees enjoy:</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth benefits + company contribution</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">a monthly miscellaneous allowance</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">13th month pay based on your monthly rate.</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Vacation and Sick leave</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Wellness programs such as Wellness Wednesdays</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">HMO coverage</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Team buildings and quarterly events (company outings and festive celebrations for Chinese New Year, Valentines, Halloween and Christmas)</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">And, friendly intramural competitions</li></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>Your Team</strong></p><p dir="ltr">We work/You will work closely with our business partners, the household brands in technology, such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft and Outsystems.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces using ReactJS or Next.js written in TypeScript and implementing frontend architecture with best practices around security, reuse, and scalability</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Collaborate with product managers, designers, frontend engineers, backend engineers, and technical architects to translate product requirements into technical solutions.</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Ensure consistency by leveraging Tailwind CSS as the frontend design system and state management solutions such as Redux or React Context.&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using varied tools such as Jest.</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Create and maintain technical documentations such as source code documentation, DFS and knowledgebase.</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Mentor junior frontend engineers, conduct code reviews, and ensure that best practices are always followed.</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and continuous integration processes.</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Deliver quality projects using varied methodologies such as Scrum and Agile; with strong coordination with teams.</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely resolution to production incidents and issues.</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform wireframes and mockups into optimal and functional user interfaces.</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Continuously improve and enable on other frontend technologies to develop a well-rounded and expert skillset.</li></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>About You<br></strong>You are/have:</p><ul><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">2+ years of professional frontend development experience, with a focus on ReactJS, Next.js and TypeScript.</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Strong understanding of frontend build tools and package managers (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn), with experience in using configuration build tools such as Vite as good to have</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles.</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Experience with version control using Git and collaborative development workflows.</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Great problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues efficiently.</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Leadership and mentorship skills to guide junior engineers and promote best practices.</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Good communication skills to allow collaboration with team members as well as with cross-functional teams.</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Experience in both REST, GraphQL and other backend interactions such as Websockets.</li></ul><p><em>The requirements listed in this job description are guidelines, not hard and fast rules.
