Job Description
The HR Admin Intern is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This role ensures accurate employee records management, efficient processing of HR transactions, and compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course
- Must have an internship requirement (OJT/practicum) from school
- Basic knowledge of HR functions is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
