AI Engineer

We are looking for an AI Engineer who’ll be at the forefront of designing and deploying AI-powered solutions that improve both our internal operations and client-facing services.

As An AI Engineer, Your Duties And Responsibilities Include

• Architect, deploy, and maintain scalable vector databases using platforms like Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or ChromaDB.
• Design and implement efficient data ingestion pipelines from diverse sources, including emails, PDFs, SharePoint, and Slack.
• Embed internal knowledge from documents using transformer-based models.
• Develop and optimize chunking, embedding, indexing, and retrieval strategies to ensure peak RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) performance.
• Build and deploy autonomous AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or AgentOps to automate document analysis and summarization, contract summarization, procurement tracking, and invoicing workflows.
• Fine-tune agents to seamlessly integrate with internal APIs and tools.
• Implement robust security and permission models to control agent access and actions across different departments.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing internal systems via REST, GraphQL, and Webhooks.
• Build comprehensive monitoring and logging systems to track agent performance and behavior.
• Lead the selection, fine-tuning, and optimization of both hosted and open-source models.
• Partner with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with core business objectives.
• Develop documentation and training materials for internal users.
• Stay on top of emerging AI tools and research applicable to vector-based retrieval and autonomous agents.
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4+ years of hands-on experience in AI, ML engineering, or backend software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI agent frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or ChromaDB.
• Deep understanding of LLMs and embedding models (OpenAI, Hugging Face models).
• Experience with REST APIs and data integration.
• Familiarity with Docker, cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to develop enterprise-grade RAG pipelines.
• Familiarity with OAuth2 authentication and secure API token management.
• Exposure to SaaS platforms like Pabbly, Xero, or Employment Hero.
• Understanding of document structures in legal, financial, or engineering domains.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently communicate with clients and foreign counterparts.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proactive, punctual, and a strong team player with a high attention to detail.
• Willing to be assigned to Subic, Clark, Tarlac, Bataan, or Iba, Zambales.
