Alfamart is seeking an Area Coordinator to oversee the efficient and profitable operations of assigned stores, ensure consistent customer service, achieve sales targets, and implement company policies and standards. In this role, you will manage store employees through coaching, performance evaluation, scheduling, and task assignment, while developing safe and positive work environments for operations personnel in Floridablanca and Lubao, Pampanga.
