Job Description

The Service Associate plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of the group’s initiatives and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, organization, and implementation of group-wide projects aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor progress and provide administrative support to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Help assess team training needs and support the creation and execution of training plans.
  • Coordinate logistics and documentation for training sessions, workshops, and learning activities.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, budget tracking, resource coordination, and documentation.
  • Support budget preparation and help manage expenses in line with group guidelines.
  • Assist in vendor coordination, procurement, and contract monitoring.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks and support functions as may be assigned to help the team meet its operational and strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any business or computer related course or with experience in retail lending operations, project management, and/or process improvement
  • Good people management and interpersonal skills, strong in oral and written communication, process-oriented, and high proficiency in either MS Office, Lotus Notes Design, or any database/application building software.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati
