Accounting Staff - Entry To Experienced Level

We are looking for an Accounting Staff with at least 1 year of experience to bridge transactional processing and full-cycle accounting. This role goes beyond basic execution and requires ownership of key accounts, involvement in month-end close, and the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.

You will work closely with senior team members while gradually taking on more responsibility in financial reporting and client-facing activities.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable processing
• Accounts Receivable processing
• Inventory analysis
• Monthly Payroll run and accounting
• Completion of Month End journals and closing adjustments
• Preparation and completion of monthly financial reports
• Bank and GL Reconciliations
• Actively participates during client calls
• Identify significant risks and able to analyze and document in a technical memo
• Able to guide and review entry-level staff work
• Drafts process documentation
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
  
  

• At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent
• CPA license is a plus but not required
• Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts and month-end processes
• Experience with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills (written and verbal in English)
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with cloud-based tools
