About the Role:

Arena is hiring Seasonal Graphic Designers to support the 2026 election cycle. These roles are temporary, seasonal positions with employment expected to run through the November 2026 election and conclude following the election cycle.

This is a full-time, in-office role in our Sugar House office. Due to the temporary nature of this position, benefits and relocation assistance are not provided.

Designers in this role will collaborate on high-impact campaign projects where quick turnaround times, attention to detail, and strong production skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

Applicants should be able to design quickly and produce clean, compelling layouts primarily in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, with a strong command of typography, imagery, and composition. Our work includes high-end direct mail, digital ads, and web graphics, often with turnaround times as short as a few hours.

We’re looking for talented designers who collaborate well in a team environment, communicate clearly, and stay organized under deadline pressure. During peak election periods, the workload may increase and occasional extended hours, including late evenings, may be required.

Qualifications:

Required:

• All applicants must have a minimum of two years experience with Adobe Indesign and Adobe Photoshop, experience creating designs for print, and a current portfolio.

Preferred:

• Skills in After Effects, Figma and other Adobe design software is a big plus.
• A design degree or certificate is preferred, but a combination of experience and other education will also be considered for the right candidate.
