Assistant Controller

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Provide financial controllership support for acquired companies, including post-acquisition consolidation, performance analysis, and integration into the groups financial reporting processes (PMI).
• Prepare and analyze financial data and internal management reports; monitor trends and variances, and provide actionable insights.
• Oversee the companys subsidiaries, ensuring accurate financial management, compliance, and direct coordination with external accountants.
• Evaluate the companys performance and potential risks.
• Ensure full compliance with Israeli tax regulations (VAT and corporate income tax), including preparation of Israeli tax reports and subsidiaries tax returns.
• Supervise statutory audits and internal control processes.
• Provide management with information vital to the decision-making process.
• Assess current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement, and implementing new processes.
• Guarantee compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
• Coordinate with external auditors on behalf of the company.
  
  

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field
• Internship in one of the “Big 4” accounting firms must
• Certified Public Accountant – Must.
• Excellent knowledge of US GAAP.
• Previous experience in a software company- an advantage
• Ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to prioritize workload,
• Able to conduct research and work independently.
• Accurate, with great attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable with In-Office work schedules
• Software experience with ERP (preferably Priority), Excel, Power BI
• Fluent in English and Hebrew
