Machine Operator

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to troubleshoot process inefficiencies and propose solutions.

• Time Management – Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Safety Awareness – Understanding of cleanroom protocols, chemical handling, and safety regulations.

• Strong teamwork and communication (English & Tagalog)

• Attention to detail with problem-solving mindset

• Adaptable and focused on continuous improvement

   

Education & Experience

• Minimum Requirement: College level or equivalent (technical/vocational background preferred).

• Preferred: Vocational or technical training in manufacturing, machining, or related fields is an advantage but not required.
   

Skills

• Can interpret WPS, special instructions, specifications, and work instructions

• Knowledge in inspection and quality assurance

• Proficient in using precision measurement tools (microscope, digital calipers, micrometers, film thickness gauges, etc.).

• Proficient in data encoding and basic computer use
