Job Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions across the organization. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely and high-quality staffing.The role supports critical hiring needs, builds strong candidate pipelines, and promotes a positive candidate experience. The role requires strong attention to detail, stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles (entry to mid-level positions).
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and expectations.
  • Post job ads, manage applications, and maintain accurate data in the ATS.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone/online interviews, and prepare shortlist recommendations.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring manager feedback.


Talent Sourcing

  • Use job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media to source qualified candidates.
  • Conduct proactive sourcing for recurring or hard-to-fill positions.
  • Develop and maintain basic talent pipelines for key roles.


Hiring Manager and Stakeholder Support

  • Provide regular updates on hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
  • Support interview panel coordination and manage scheduling logistics.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders to maintain alignment on hiring timelines.


Candidate Experience

  • Ensure timely communication with candidates at every stage of the hiring process.
  • Guide candidates through interview preparation and onboarding handover.
  • Maintain a professional and respectful experience that reflects the company’s employer brand.


Recruitment Administration & Compliance

  • Ensure recruitment documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Maintain compliance with hiring policies, data privacy rules, and labor regulations.
  • Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline status, and candidate movement.


Employer Branding & Events Support

  • Assist in executing job fairs, school partnership activities, and onsite recruitment events.
  • Support creation of job postings and recruitment marketing content.
  • Represent the company professionally in all recruitment touchpoints.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • With at least 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in manufacturing electronics/semiconductor, shared services, or similar environments.
  • Strong interviewing and sourcing skills using major job platforms and LinkedIn.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple openings simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of labor regulations and HR processes.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
