Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, operations, or process engineering environment.
Proficient in Lean tools, Six Sigma methodologies, and time study techniques.
Strong knowledge of process mapping, data analysis, and project management.
Skilled in tools such as AutoCAD/SolidWorks, Excel, Minitab, or simulation software.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

Working Conditions
Primarily works in a manufacturing and production environment supporting optics fabrication operations.
Regular presence on the production floor to observe processes, conduct studies, and support continuous improvement activities.

May require prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout manufacturing areas.
Exposure to manufacturing equipment, machinery, chemicals, and cleanroom environments while following established safety procedures.
Required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with all safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Work may involve supporting multiple shifts, equipment qualifications, process validations, and production improvement projects.
