Monthly lease entries, accruals, payroll, reclassifications, amortizations, forex and AJEs are recorded on time.
Assistance is provided with Finance Manager to make sure trial balances and USD financial package are prepared on or before the deadlines.
Work closely with Finance Manager for the issuance of monthly statutory trial balance.
Analysis of Accounts and Financial close support
Monthly bank reconciliations and analysis accounts are completed before trial balance to is submitted to HFM.
Monthly intercompany reconciliations are completed based on corporate closing calendar.
Audit schedules and analysis are available and reviewed prior to the start of external auditors field work.
Work closely with Finance Manager for timely preparation operational review packages.
Regulatory Compliance
Monthly and quarterly payments and filings of BIR tax returns and Alphalists are done on or before deadlines.
Annual Alphalists of employees and payees, inventory report and registration on CAS are completed on time.
BIR form 1709 is prepared prior to filing of annual ITR and submission of Annual Audited Financial Statements.
Documents and reports for PEZA, BSP and PSA are submitted on time.
Monitoring, maintenance and completion of project/activity registrations with PEZA.
Files and Records - Ensure organized filing and compilation of accounting records.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferably Certified Public Accountant
Minimum of three (3) years accounting experience in manufacturing environment.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
Solid understanding of accounting principles
Familiarity with tax regulations and reporting requirements
Knowledge of internal controls and audit processes
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
