Job Description
- Serve as the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Management Representative, owning system compliance and audits
- Lead all quality systems including internal audits, corrective actions, documentation, and management reviews
- Manage and develop the Quality and Technical Lab teams, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Oversee production testing, product release, non‑conformance disposition, and customer quality issues
- Support new product introductions through design reviews, factory specifications, and performance evaluations
- Establish and maintain laboratory procedures to ensure timely, accurate testing and reporting
- Partner with manufacturing to optimize processes, reduce variation, and improve product quality and cost
- Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure high‑quality raw materials and supplier performance
- Own the quality budget and set strategic objectives with measurable results

The Successful Applicant
- A strong background in engineering and manufacturing within the business services industry.
- Proven expertise in quality management systems and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A commitment to driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Bachelors degree in a Science or Engineering discipline
- 5+ years of experience designing and managing Quality Systems
- Hands‑on experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or laboratory environment
- Working knowledge of databases (Access, SQL) and standard business software
