We&rsquo;re hiring a manager to organize, coordinate, and promote our chiropractic events, webinars, and podcast. The goals are to build our brand authority and generate qualified leads. No travel required.</p><p dir="ltr">What you&rsquo;ll do:</p><ul><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Manage the calendar and remote logistics for U.S. chiropractic conferences and trade shows.</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Plan, produce, and moderate a recurring webinar series.</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Own our podcast from guest booking to publication.</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Run paid social campaigns that drive registrations and podcast growth.</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Log, clean, and route every lead in our CRM within 48 hours. Data hygiene is non-negotiable.</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Use AI tools to automate content, lead processing, and reporting.</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr">What you bring:</p><ul><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">5+ years managing B2B events or webinar programs.</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Fluent, near-native English and comfort as an on-air host.</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Experience marketing to U.S. audiences; chiropractic or healthcare a plus.</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Hands-on paid social advertising with measurable results.</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Podcast production experience (Riverside, Descript, or similar).</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Descript.</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr">Requirements:</p><ul><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Quiet home studio, professional audio and video, backup internet and power.</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Availability during U.S. Eastern business hours.</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr">Our values are Excellence, Learning, and Teamwork.
