Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join one of Israel’s largest and leading vehicle agencies- a respected and stable organization with nationwide presence. As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional initiatives while bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

What Youll Do:

• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders or users
• Lead multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while ensuring organization, accuracy, and consistent progress
• Take full responsibility for project success, including removing blockers and ensuring delivery against defined goals
• Lead projects end-to-end, from requirements and specification through implementation and monitoring
• Develop a deep understanding of the system and leverage its capabilities to support organizational needs

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing projects within technology or software environments - Must
• Strong business and technical specification skills - Must
• Ability to develop deep technical understanding and dive into details when necessary
• Ability to simplify complex information and communicate it clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining structure and accountability
• Highly organized with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
• Experience working closely with development, support, or implementation teams - Advantage
