Provide occupational health services, emergency medical response, health surveillance, wellness promotion, and compliance with Philippine occupational safety and health requirements to ensure a healthy and safe workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to employees.
• Administer first aid and immediate medical attention to sick and injured employees.
• Manage occupational health clinic operations and maintain medical records.
• Schedule and coordinate annual physical examinations and medical surveillance programs.
• Administer drug testing programs and support a drug-free workplace.
• Maintain inventory of medicines, first aid supplies, and clinic equipment.
• Prepare purchase requests for medical supplies and equipment.
• Participate in plant inspections, Gemba walks, and hazard identification activities.
• Conduct health education, wellness campaigns, and awareness programs.
• Support emergency preparedness, drills, and incident response.
• Prepare reports required by management and regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, government agencies, and service providers.
  
  
  

• Ensure compliance with Philippine Occupational Safety and Health requirements.
• Support Annual Safety and Health Program (ASHP) implementation.
• Maintain health records and statutory reports.
• Assist during audits and regulatory inspections.
