Job Description
Trinity Life Sciences is seeking a motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our energetic and high-growth team in our newly opened Mexico City office. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
The Manager, HRBP serves as a primary point of contact for employees and managers across the business units they support. This role drives impact through the full employee lifecycle, leveraging strong business acumen, and data-driven insights. The Manager, HRBP will champion change, coach leaders and managers, and foster a positive work environment. They will partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver consistent and effective HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership & Coaching:
- Serve as the primary HRBP contact for employees, managers, and leaders.
- Build candid, mutually respectful relationships with employees and consult on people matters.
- Address routine employee relations issues, including performance management, disputes, and complaints in partnership with Employee Relations Manager
- Business Acumen & Problem Solving:
- Understand business fundamentals and drivers.
- Proactively apply judgment to resolve people related inquires and issues
- Contribute to business discussions by asking questions and sharing insights.
- Talent & Lifecycle Management:
- Possess broad experience across the employee lifecycle (talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, succession planning).
- Facilitate critical talent processes for assigned business units, providing facilitation, knowledge, and insight.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Identify, interpret, and leverage data to influence business decisions and outcomes.
- Apply critical thinking to analyze data sets, deduce relevant insights, and communicate findings clearly.
- Track and report key metrics
- Change Leadership & Collaboration:
- Serve as a change champion, driving adoption of new processes, technologies, and cultural initiatives.
- Work collaboratively across People Operations, avoiding siloed approaches.
- Seek opportunities to expand skills and experience to elevate performance.
- HR Expertise:
- Maintain knowledge of HR trends, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and build credibility.
- Interpret and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HCM
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Proven ability to lead change and manage ambiguity.
- Deep knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and emerging trends.
- Business acumen with understanding of cost, revenue, and performance metrics.
- Coaching and consulting skills for leadership development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field for United States market.
- 5 or more years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering roles.
- Experience supporting complex business units in a matrixed or global organization is a plus.
