Program Manager Non Tech 3

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 3 to join their team. As a Program Manager Non Tech 3, you will be part of the Global Customer Experience team supporting stakeholder management, program execution, and operational delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager Non Tech 3

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $54/hr to $58/hr on W2

Whats the Job?

• Drive execution, readiness, and validation for complex customer experience programs
• Develop and manage integrated workback plans across multiple project phases
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and phased rollouts with clear entry/exit criteria
• Partner with engineering teams to align expectations and feedback loops
• Manage readiness activities including communication, logistics, and asset publication
  
  
  

Whats Needed?

• 5-7 years of program or project management experience
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, SharePoint, Loop, and other collaboration tools
• Experience managing stakeholder programs and cross-functional coordination
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Prior experience with UAT, phased rollouts, or experimental deployment models
