The Utility / Liaison Staff supports administrative and operational readiness by maintaining cleanliness and order in the facility and handling external business-related errands including government, vendor, banking, and document delivery needs.

Legal and operational documents delivered timely
Support for day-to-day warehouse operations
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Utility / Facility Support
Maintain cleanliness of: Admin office, comfort rooms, cafeteria, locker rooms, Warehouse common areas and surroundings
Ensure daily sanitation routine is monitored and documented.
Properly dispose of garbage following segregation rules.
Assist in cleaning spills to prevent slips/falls and contamination incidents.
Support movement of office equipment, small items, and supplies as needed.
Conduct routine inspection for facility cleanliness and report issues.
Liaison / External Coordination
Handle submission and pickup of official documents from: LGUs (permits and clearances), SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, Banks (check processing, transactions), Vendors and service providers
Purchase small-value items based on approved requisitions.
Submit timely liquidation of expenses with complete receipt attachments.
Warehouse & Operational Support
Assist in PPE and uniform distribution as required.
Support QA/Operations in housekeeping compliance inside warehouse boundaries.
Assist in arranging meeting rooms, deliveries, and logistics requirements.
Safety and Compliance
Follow safety rules especially in cold chain and equipment areas.
Ensure chemicals/sanitation materials are properly labeled and stored.
Handle food safety–sensitive zones only when authorized.
Participate in emergency response and safety drills.
Documentation Control
Maintain logs for document submissions and return acknowledgments.
Update daily housekeeping checklist and facility sanitation logs.
Minimum Qualifications
At least High School Graduate
With similar experience in utility or liaison role preferred
Able to handle official financial and legal documents with confidentiality
