Ensures proper implementation of all HRO processes and procedures derived from policies and guidelines, plans, and programs that impact Human Resource Operations within the area of Data Management Section and Employee Labor Relations.

Duties And Responsibilities

Technical Duties

Performs records management processes
Assist DMS in updating employee information as per the Google Survey
Inquire or seek updates on the latest news and announcements of SSS, PHIC, HDMF & DOLE
Assist in the preparation of APE 2022
Assist DMS & ELR in setting up a new Records Room

Administrative Duties

Performs other tasks assigned from time to time by the HRO Manager/ HCD Director.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidate must be an undergraduate with a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management.
