MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The incumbent is responsible for the conduct of audit (either compliance or special) of assigned unit/group companies, rendering assistance on special projects of the division, if there are any, and acts as IQA auditor for ISO.

Duties & Responsibilities

Technical Duties:

• Operational Compliance / Special Audit / Department Audit
• Conduct monthly compliance audits on assigned group or unit companies based on the released Audit Plan for the fiscal period.
• Conduct or assist on special requests (Background checking, customer visitations, year-end count, etc.) based on the needs/expectations of the organization/requisitioner.
• Review operations’ policies, procedures, standards, laws, regulations and other requirements to provide assurance that information were validated over the needs of the organization
• Provide analysis and recommendation based on the audit activity results.
• Analyze risks & review operating controls to assess conformance with established policies, procedures, standards, laws, regulations, contracts and other requirements
• Assist the division on special project
• Other Tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
  
  

• Reimbursement of expenses incurred on audit field works.
• Filing and updating of DTR in HRIS.
  
  

• Ensure that individual scoreboards are updated weekly.
• Ensure that high impact commitments are given
• Ensure that given commitments are duly achieved/performed.
  
  

• At least 6 months to 1 year related work experience. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Graduate of BS Internal Audit, BS Accountancy or similar course
• Willing to travel or to do field work
