Job Description

Visit assigned GT stores and outlets according to the route plan or area coverage.
Ensure proper display and visibility of products in stores (e.g., shelves, racks, countertop displays).
Monitor stock levels in-store and report out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
Place and replenish point-of-sale materials such as posters, wobblers, and shelf-talkers.
Check for product freshness, remove expired or damaged items, and report accordingly.
Coordinate closely with Sales Representatives to support promotions and new product rollouts.
Maintain good working relationships with store owners and decision-makers.
Submit daily activity reports, including photos of displays, competitor activity, and store concerns.
Gather market intelligence, including pricing, competitor displays, and customer feedback.

Qualifications

High School graduate; College level preferred.
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in merchandising, preferably in General Trade accounts.
Familiarity with local store network (sari-sari, groceries, and wholesalers).
Must be willing to roam across multiple locations daily.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Can work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be physically fit to carry light stocks or merchandising materials.
Motorcycle with a valid drivers license is an advantage (if roving across wide areas).
