As a Non-Voice Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers through various channels without the need for voice communication.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Maintain customer records and documentation.

Requirements

  • College Graduate (Finance and Accounting, Marketing)
  • No experience Required
  • Preferred courses: Finance and Accounting, Marketing, or any related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City
  • Amenable to a shifting schedule
