Data Encoder

Responsibilities

Adarna House is in need of a project-based Data Encoder responsible for reviewing, validating, and maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of the Product Development team’s metadatabase. This role ensures that the company’s product data is reliable for operational, analytical, and reporting purposes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Reviewing and verifying metadata entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Validate metadata against actual products, contracts, and other relevant documents
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing metadata and correct them in a timely manner
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve metadata discrepancies
• Document metadata issues, resolutions, and recurring patterns for continuous improvement
  
  

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Library Science, or any related field
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in literature are at an advantage
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with databases, spreadsheets, and data management tools
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and quality standards consistently
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good written communication skills for documentation and reporting
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
