  • Track expenses and manage invoicing details for billing purposes.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to procure necessary office supplies efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably as a Virtual Assistant.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
