Job Description

As a Vendor Account Manager (eCommerce) at 24D25, you will be pivotal in fostering and managing our business relationships with various vendors. This role requires you to strategically optimize vendor partnerships to enhance product offerings, elevate customer experience, and achieve financial targets. You will be responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships, analyzing vendor performance, negotiating contracts, and implementing strategies for business growth. Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with a diverse range of eCommerce vendors.
  • Lead and negotiate agreements to secure beneficial terms and pricing for the company.
  • Assess vendor performance regularly to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate vendor products effectively on the platform.
  • Analyze market trends to foresee product demands and align vendor strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Implement strategies aimed at optimizing product listings and sales performance.
  • Address and resolve any issues related to vendor service levels and product quality.
  • Prepare regular reports detailing vendor KPIs and the overall impact on business objectives.
  • Provide strategic insights to senior management regarding new vendor opportunities and challenges.
  • Manage product lifecycle from onboarding to performance evaluation and retirement.
  • Organize training and support sessions for vendors to enhance collaborative efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in vendor management, preferably in an eCommerce setting.
  • Proven track record in negotiating and managing vendor contracts effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and forecast market trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in using eCommerce platforms and tools for vendor and performance management.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
