Job Description

The Telemarketing Executive plays a critical role in the marketing and sales departments, acting as the voice of the company by reaching out to prospective customers over the phone. This role is central to driving customer acquisition and sales growth.   • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Update the customer database with all relevant information from calls.
  • Follow up with past customers to maintain engagement and drive repeat sales.
  • Communicate with sales and marketing teams to strategize marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform future sales strategies.
  • Engage in training sessions to improve selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance collective team performance.
  • Develop and refine telemarketing scripts for better sales pitch outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
  • Strong ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate confidently over the phone.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with telemarketing and sales CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections.
  • High school diploma is required; a degree in marketing is a plus.
