Job Description
Supervises, coordinates, and monitors the implementation of administrative and operational functions within the Department.
Assists in the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of department programs, projects, activities, and administrative support services.
Provides technical and administrative supervision, guidance, and support to assigned personnel to ensure efficient office operations and timely completion of tasks.
Reviews, prepares, and endorses reports, memoranda, communications, and other official documents related to departmental operations and human resource management functions.
Ensures compliance with existing Civil Service Commission rules, government laws, regulations, policies, and internal office procedures.
Coordinates with various offices, departments, and external agencies regarding administrative and human resource-related concerns and requirements.
Performs other related administrative, supervisory, and human resource management duties as may be assigned by higher authorities.

Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
