Job Description

The Senior Sales Representative for our organization is a key player responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and spearheading business development initiatives. This position requires an experienced sales professional who is adept at building networks and has a deep understanding of sales strategies. The Senior Sales Representative will work closely with the sales team and leadership to align sales goals with the company’s objectives and achieve revenue targets. With a keen eye for identifying market trends, this individual will also focus on expanding the customer base and penetrating new markets. The ideal candidate should have excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively, while also demonstrating a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and cultivate long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and field activities.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and share market insight.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to provide weekly/monthly forecasts.
  • Participate in industry conferences and events to build and maintain a network of industry contacts.
  • Report directly to management with comprehensive analysis and proposals for action plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a sales representative role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer dynamics essential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are critical.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas consistently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software applications.
  • Ability to travel as needed and attend client meetings personally.
